Domestic Shipping

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post or Sendle. Costs - Flat rate standard shipping charge of $12.00. Express Shipping flat rate of $18.00.

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $99.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days. Delivery timeframes can vary. You will receive a tracking number when stock has been dispatched.

Queanbeyan, South Canberra and South Adelaide locals may have the option of hand delivery by Milky Life. If this is an option we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Hand delivery regions: 10km radius from Queanbeyan, NSW Post Office 10km radius from Port Noarlunga, SA Post Office

International Shipping

We are no longer offering international shipping at this time due to shipping costs and logistics.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.

+ Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period for all online purchases (except sale items) including change of mind. The item must be shipped within the 14 days to be eligible for return or exchange.

Items for exchange or return must be in new, saleable condition - unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact. Items and their original packaging must not be marked, damaged or scratched.

At times, it could be possible that the item you want in exchange, is no longer available. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to make another arrangement with you.

No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items. Sale items cannot be placed on back order.

Faulty Items: Please contact us via email immediately (within 7 days from receiving your order). All damaged or faulty items must be returned for inspection before a refund or exchange can be processed.
