Nourishing Tofu Noodle Miso Soup

Nourishing Tofu Noodle Miso Soup

Perfect for postpartum healing. We eat a lot of Asian recipes like this one at home and the kids would eat tofu every night if they could. You can play around with adding a tempura batter to the vegies or tofu, but personally I like the simplicity of it as is.

HOT TIP: Make extra miso soup and sip on it during times you can't stomach food or simply can't catch a moment to eat a proper meal.

Of course if you aren’t breastfeeding or handling tiny babes, go nuts with chopped fresh chilli and add some sliced cucumber on the side (the hero vegetable).

NEXT HOT TIP: The next time you order Thai food, grab a chopped papaya salad to take away. It is the perfect side dish to a recipe like this or great with a bit of fried tofu thrown on top. You’re welcome!

If you are serving messy noodles to little ones, a silicone bib is a non-negotiable.

Easy to wipe clean, and they are so long lasting and user friendly.
